  We had an emergency backup on a Saturday and I called this company for service. They went over their fees and said they would call me back if they were able to find a driver to make the service call. By the time they called back I had another company en route. When I let them know I didn't need the service call the woman who answer the phone tried giving me a lecture on "how rude I was" and hung up on me when I tried talking to her. Their prices were high which would have been OK since I was in a pinch but talk about lack of customer focus, holy cow lady, I'm not in this for your convenience!
